This asset presents a mansion with a history. It was once owned by an ancient family who passed down their secret knowledge of the occult from generation to generation. Unfortunately, this knowledge proved to be their undoing.

1. Modular System:
   • The mansion is fully modular, allowing you to create a multi-story mansion in any shape that suits your needs.
   • Includes modules for the basement.
   • Customize corridors and rooms with props and furniture.
2. Optimization:
   • The LOD (Level of Detail) system typically consists of three groups.
   • Textures are at 512 pixels/m on modules and 512-1024 pixels/m on props.
3. Technical Details:
   • Number of prefabs: 358
   • Number of textures: 261
   • Combines both exterior and interior assets.
   • Texture sizes: 2048×2048
   • Number of materials: 83
   • Polygon count ranges from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 7336.
   • UV mapping: Yes
   • LOD information includes three levels.
   • Types of materials and texture maps: PBR (Physically Based Rendering).

This asset allows you to create a mansion with a rich history, presenting an eerie atmosphere perfect for a variety of game genres or interactive experiences.
